Scene summarys:

Scene 1

In this scene, everyone is gathering due to the death of Pompey. However some people like the cobbler are really there to earn money by fixing shoes. The guards are upset of the death and are angry with the people.

Scene 2

Caesar is first introduced. He meets a soothsayer who warns him about the idea of March which means the middle of March but Caesar is ignorant and doesn’t listen. In a different conversation Brutus and Cassius are talking about how they treat him. Cassius tells a story where him and Caesar jump into a river but Cassius has to save him yet is still treated terribly by Caesar.
